Do you suffer from irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, or other inflammatory disorders? Have you tried elimination diets or various treatments that just don't seem to work? If this sounds like you, you may benefit from food sensitivity testing. At Elysa Dinzes Nutrition, we offer MRT Food Sensitivity Testing and LEAP Protocol consultation!
Unlike food allergies, food sensitivities are much more complex and difficult to diagnose. We use the MRT (Mediator Release Test) to determine your body’s reaction to 170 different foods and chemicals. We then use the LEAP (Lifestyle, Eating and Performance) protocol to design a personalized dietary plan just for you. Your customized dietary plan starts with only foods we know that your body is NOT reactive to, which is the complete opposite of what elimination diet advocates have been telling us for years! Most people start to feel better within the first 10 days.
Below is a list of conditions that may be triggered by food sensitivities. Click here for a great brochure on “Is Your Food Making You Sick?”
