Elysa Dinzes, MPA, RD, CDN, is a nutrition and food policy expert with almost 2 decades of experience working with individual clients, businesses, government institutions, and not-for-profit organizations. Elysa's holistic approach, combines her industry knowledge with her passion for eating delicious food.

Elysa has developed worksite nutrition and wellness programs for Fortune 500 companies nationwide, and has helped hundreds of community organizations improve the quality of their meals. She has worked with restaurants and food companies in helping them to navigate the often confusing health and nutrition regulations, as well as completing the nutrition analysis of their menu items and products. In addition, Elysa has worked with hundreds of individual clients helping them make positive changes in their diet and overall health. She has presented at numerous industry related conferences and workshops.

Elysa is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, and Certified LEAP Therapist. She received her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from Syracuse University. She later went on to complete her Master's in Public Administration from Baruch College. Elysa lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
